We started a wine wholesale company called Julian Sinclair in 2015 and through a confluence of hard work, some luck, and great employees, JS is now an import and distribution company doing business from Ashland to Bend to Portland. At Julian Sinclair, we care deeply about people, place, and products made by hand.

In the 2021 the idea to open a wine bar & retail shop started to take root. Soon after, we found a home for it and our Eugene based crew worked diligently on transforming the space into Headquarters, which opened in Spring of 2023. In Fall 2025 Family+Dinner joined us, serving delicious Thai and Japanese inspired drinking food.

Together, our mission is to provide an open, warm and welcoming space for anyone and everyone.
